Serially dilute the dsRNA to the desired final concentration range. Prepare samples and dilute to the desired concentration. Load both dsRNA standard dilutions and samples into a 96-well ELISA plate and perform the assay according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Two samples with known dsRNA concentrations were assayed using the dsRNA Standard and a dsRNA ELISA kit. A five-parameter logistic curve was used to generate the standard curve (top). Measured dsRNA concentration was in good agreement with the expected concentrations (respectively 100.8% and 96.4%) (bottom). »
