Introduction
Overview The working principle of AmMag™ Quatro 1100 is based on alkaline lysis and magnetic bead purification methodology to achieve automated plasmid extraction. 
Step 1. After centrifuging the culture in the 48-well plate, discard the supernatant, empty the waste liquid and tips from the machine, and proceed to purification.Step 2. The automated process involves precipitation, resuspension, lysis, neutralization, pre-clarification, plasmid DNA binding, optional endotoxin removal, washing, and elution. Step 3. Purified plasmid DNA can be collected in a 96-well plate and transferred to EP tubes using the pipetting function if necessary. Specifications The AmMag™ Quatro 1100 system consists of an automation module and a system controller.
