Automated Purification Solution from Plasmid to Antibody and Protein

Efficient purification of plasmids, proteins, and antibodies is critical for drug target identification, drug candidate development, and fundamental research. However, traditional column-based methods can be labor-intensive, time-consuming, and may compromise yield due to resin limitations.

The AmMag™ Quatro Automated System Series - including the Maxi 1400, Mini 1100, and ProAb 1300 - combined with a wide range of compatible AmMag™ magnetic beads, offers a fully automated solution from mini to maxi scale. This platform delivers high yield, scalable throughput, and reproducible results, all with minimal hands-on time.

Take your purification workflow to the next level with the validated and easy-to-use AmMag™ Quatro platform.

Field Application Scientist

Dr. Kamil Sekulski is a Field Application Scientist at GenScript, with over 10 years of experience in protein purification and 8 years in structural biology. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where his research on ribosome biogenesis led to the development of innovative inducible expression and tandem affinity purification systems. This work enabled high-resolution structural studies of ribosome assembly and resulted in publications in Nature Communications, Cell, and Nature Structural & Molecular Biology.
At GenScript, Dr. Sekulski provides technical expertise, training, and demonstrations of automated instrumentation that streamline plasmid preparation and protein purification. He collaborates with research labs and biopharma partners to optimize applications, troubleshoot challenges, and accelerate discovery.
